3. Use of the website

You may browse this website for information about our goods and services, and you may use our contact form to reach our team. The website content is provided for general information, personal and business use you are entitled to, and must not be used for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

You agree not to interfere with the proper operation of the website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, not to place an excessive load on its servers, and not to use automated tools to harvest content or contact information without our written permission.

While we make every effort to keep the website accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses and other harmful components. You are responsible for the security of your own devices when you use the internet.

4. Enquiries and quotations

You may contact us by email at care@dotinch.buzz, by telephone at +12708139626, or through the contact form on the website. When you send an enquiry, we will ask for the information we need to help you, such as your name, contact details, the goods you are interested in and the quantities you have in mind.

A quotation prepared by our team is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding offer. Prices, availability, minimum order quantities and lead times shown in a quotation are subject to confirmation at the time an order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for a limited period, typically thirty days.

We rely on the information you provide when describing your needs, and we will base our recommendation and quotation on that information. Please make sure that the details you give us are accurate and complete.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is placed when you confirm your wish to buy specific goods at specified quantities and prices, either verbally, by email or through a purchase order document. Your order is accepted only when our team confirms it in writing, including confirmation of price, quantity, delivery terms and timing.

Until acceptance is confirmed, no contract is formed, and either party may decide not to proceed without obligation. Once we accept an order, a contract comes into existence on the terms set out in these terms and in our written confirmation.

We may withdraw or limit availability of any product, and we may decline to accept an order if we are not able to source the goods, if the order conflicts with our supply or payment policies, or if we believe the order is being placed in bad faith.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are set in the currency shown in our quotation or confirmation, subject to adjustment only where we have agreed a firm price in writing. We may from time to time adjust prices to reflect changes in raw material costs, exchange rates or freight rates, and we will inform you before accepting an order if a price change would apply.

Payment terms are confirmed at order acceptance and may include deposit or full prepayment for first orders, scheduled payments for larger contracts, or account terms for approved and established customers. Timely payment is an essential condition of supply, and we may suspend dispatch where payment is overdue.

If you dispute a charge, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details so that we can review the matter. We will work with you to resolve genuine disputes fairly.

7. Taxes and duties

Prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on the terms we agree. For orders delivered within China, the applicable value added tax is set out in our invoice. For international orders, import duties, customs clearance, and any local taxes of the destination country are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We will be glad to give you the documents you need for customs, such as commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin, so that your shipment can clear the destination border smoothly.

It is your responsibility to know and comply with the import rules and restrictions of your country for the goods you order. We do not carry responsibility for goods refused by a border authority for reasons outside our control.

8. Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders from our base in Jingzhou using freight and courier partners that suit the size and destination of each consignment. Delivery terms, whether ex-works, free on board, carriage paid or door delivery, are confirmed at order acceptance and described on our confirmation.

The delivery times we quote are estimates based on the information available at the time. Actual arrival may be affected by production schedules, port congestion, weather, customs processing and events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed where we become aware of a significant delay.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the point described by the agreed delivery terms, typically when the goods are handed to our carrier or loaded for transport. Please retain the delivery documents we provide, as they help with any insurance or damage claim.

9. Inspection and acceptance of goods

Please inspect your goods promptly upon receipt. We ask that you check the quantity, the packaging and the quality of the items against the packing list we provide, and that you note any discrepancy or damage on the delivery document at the time of receipt where possible.

If you need to report a problem, please contact us within a reasonable window after receipt, normally within seven days, and provide photographs and your order number so that we can assess the matter quickly. This supports us in resolving complaints and in claiming against our own suppliers where responsible.

We rely on your prompt inspection to keep our records accurate. Where goods are received without issue being raised within the agreed window, they will be treated as accepted.

10. Returns and exchanges

We stand behind the goods we supply. If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered, please contact us and we will discuss a repair, replacement or credit as appropriate to the circumstances.

Returns require our prior written agreement. Unsolicited returns may not be processed, and goods returned without following our process may be refused at delivery or returned to you at your cost. Returned goods must be in their original, unused condition, in suitable packaging, for a credit to be issued.

Because daily goods are ordinary items used in the home, we generally do not accept returns of items simply no longer wanted once they have been opened. Please check your selection carefully before placing an order, and ask us any questions you have in advance.

11. Limited warranty

We warrant that the goods we supply will, for a period of thirty days after delivery, be free from material defects and conform to the specification we confirmed for your order, when used for their ordinary and intended purpose. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, altered or abnormal use, improper care or normal wear and tear.

Any warranty claims must be reported to us within the warranty period together with reasonable evidence. If a claim is accepted, our liability will be limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the affected goods, or a credit of the price you paid for them, and we will arrange the remedy as promptly as we reasonably can.

To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, and we make no additional warranty concerning the fitness of the goods for any particular purpose beyond their ordinary use as described.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither DotInch nor any of its directors, staff, agents or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the website or the goods supplied.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with these terms, the website or an order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of one hundred United States dollars, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Where any exclusion is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

13. Intellectual property

The website, its layout, text, images and graphics, and the DotInch name and logo, are the intellectual property of Jingzhou Dotinch Daily Goods Co., Ltd. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable laws. You may view and print pages for your own information and for business evaluation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or create derivative works from any part of this website, or use the DotInch name or logo, without our prior written permission. For the avoidance of doubt, the visual design, colour scheme and shelf-and-bathware artwork on this site are original and may not be copied.

If you wish to link to our website, you may do so for non-commercial purposes, provided the link is honest and does not mislead, and you do not imply any endorsement by us. We may ask you to remove a link in appropriate circumstances.

14. Acceptable use and conduct

When you use the website or interact with our team, you agree to behave honestly and lawfully. You must not submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to abuse our systems, infringe the rights of others, or use our services for any unlawful activity.

You must not use the contact form to send us spam, harmful material, defamatory content or requests that are unrelated to our business. We reserve the right to ignore or decline such communications and, where appropriate, to report serious misuse to the relevant authority.

We value respectful communication and will treat your enquiries with care. In return, we ask that you treat our staff and partners with the same respect you would expect in any professional business relationship.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, or your standing as a customer, where you are in breach of these terms, fail to pay amounts due, or act in a way that we reasonably judge to be harmful to our business, our staff or other customers.

Either party may end an order contract by written agreement or according to the cancellation terms agreed for that order. Where an order is cancelled after work has begun or goods have been committed, you may be responsible for the reasonable costs already incurred.

Where these terms end, the sections that by their nature should survive the ending of the agreement, including those concerning liability, warranty, intellectual property and governing law, will continue to apply.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Your use of the website and any disputes that arise between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of China, subject to any rights you have under the law of your own country.

We believe in resolving differences through good communication, and we encourage you to contact us directly at the details set out below so that we can try to settle any concern by discussion before any formal step is taken.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, we will consider reasonable methods of alternative dispute resolution where they are available and appropriate to the scale of the issue, before any claim is brought in court.

17. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our services or the law. When we do so, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post the revised terms on the website.

For existing orders, the terms that applied at the time an order was accepted will continue to govern that order, while the current terms will govern your ongoing use of the website. We will make reasonable effort to draw your attention to significant changes.

Continued use of the website after a change takes effect will be treated as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the website, remembering that a previously accepted order remains governed by its original terms.
